How can I return my order?

You can easily return your order using the return form on our website.

Would you like to exchange your order? Please send an email to info@savoirsportwear.nl. We will then ensure that you can exchange your order free of charge.

What is the delivery time?

The delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days, provided the order was placed on a business day (excluding public holidays).

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for all orders in the Netherlands are € 4.50.
Orders for Belgium and Germany are € 6.50.
For all other countries, shipping costs are € 15.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a track and trace code from Post NL, which you can use to track your order.

I haven't received my package, what now?

We advise you to consult your track and trace code to find out why your order has been delayed. If you can't figure it out, please contact our customer service via: info@savoirsportwear.com. We try to respond to your email within 48 hours.

I'm unsure about the size, what now?

We'd be happy to help you determine the right size for you. Send a message to info@savoirsportwear.nl and we'll gladly assist you further!
